Our Removable Orthodontic Appliances are typically used during the course of limited tooth movement within the primary, mixed or permanent dentitions. They may be utilized in either upper or lower arches and may contain active components such as finger springs and screws. Our products include Hawley, Begg, and Essix Retainers; Schwartz and Witzig Sagittal Expansion Appliances.

The Witzig Lower Splint is a combined reproductive division with heavy indexing to maintain the patient's proper bite. This splint has high buccal and lingual walls to prevent lateral excursion and maintain hinge-axis occlusion. Anterior Acrylic has been abolished to increase speech and convenience for the patient.
Once the patient's condition is corrected, the device should remain in place for three to six months to allow the muscle to regrow and fix the ligaments. This splatter should be worn 24/7 and should not be removed during meals.
