How do I clean my Retainer?
For deeper cleaning, mix lukewarm water with mild dish soap (toothpaste is abrasive and may scratch the surface of the retainer). Use a soft toothbrush or denture brush to gently clean plaque and other debris. If necessary, use a cotton swab to obtain deep grooves and ridges on the clear plastic Retainer.
How long do you want to wear a Fixed Retainer?
